{"id":1387,"date":"2022-08-29T12:14:21","date_gmt":"2022-08-29T10:14:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/osapam.fr\/?page_id=1387"},"modified":"2023-10-03T10:05:09","modified_gmt":"2023-10-03T08:05:09","slug":"nos-services-2","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/osapam.fr\/es\/nos-services-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Gestion salariale"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color has-x-large-font-size\"><strong>Gestion salariale<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis janvier 2007, l&#8217; OSAPAM est&nbsp; reconnu comme &#8220;Tiers de confiance&#8221;&nbsp; par l&#8217;URSSAF dans le cadre du dispositif &#8220;Impact emploi&#8221; (IE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"244\" data-id=\"2147\" src=\"https:\/\/osapam.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Ajouter-un-titre-6-1024x244.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2147\" srcset=\"https:\/\/osapam.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Ajouter-un-titre-6-1024x244.png 1024w, https:\/\/osapam.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Ajouter-un-titre-6-300x72.png 300w, https:\/\/osapam.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Ajouter-un-titre-6-768x183.png 768w, https:\/\/osapam.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Ajouter-un-titre-6.png 1048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Le&nbsp; service&nbsp; de gestion salariale est une prestation payante. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Il est&nbsp; r\u00e9serv\u00e9 aux associations :<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">dont le si\u00e8ge social est situ\u00e9 sur le territoire de la Communaut\u00e9 de communes Mellois en Poitou<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br><\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">employant un nombre de salari\u00e9s limit\u00e9 correspondant au maximum, \u00e0 20 emplois \u00e0 temps plein (ETP).<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Il donne lieu \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tablissement entre l&#8217;OSAPAM et l&#8217;association b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire du service, d&#8217;une convention annuelle pr\u00e9cisant les engagements des deux parties.&nbsp; <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Une fois l&#8217;ouverture du dossier effectu\u00e9e et la convention sign\u00e9e, l&#8217;OSAPAM s&#8217;engage, par exemple<\/span><\/span>, \u00e0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>faire des&nbsp; propositions \u00e0 l&#8217;employeur, en vue de la r\u00e9daction du contrat de travail dans le respect des dispositions pr\u00e9vues par la convention collective de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00e9tablir les d\u00e9clarations pr\u00e9alable \u00e0 l&#8217;embauche pour tout nouveau salari\u00e9;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>faire les bulletins de salaire;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>transmettre les d\u00e9clarations sociales nominatives (DSN) mensuelles aupr\u00e8s d&#8217;organismes sociaux (ex: URSSAF, caisses de&nbsp; retraite,organismes de pr\u00e9voyance, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Tarifs et conventions:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour plus d&#8217;informations vous pouvez vous rapprocher de nos services.  <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gestion salariale Depuis janvier 2007, l&#8217; OSAPAM est&nbsp; reconnu comme &#8220;Tiers de confiance&#8221;&nbsp; par l&#8217;URSSAF dans le cadre du dispositif &#8220;Impact emploi&#8221; (IE).
